Frame: The main frame of wire mesh weld machine is welded steel structure, suitable for straightening in various places. Stress is removed after welding to keep them aligned.
Transformers of wire mesh weld machine: A set of transformers are mounted on the mainframe. These transformers are properly connected to the three phases of the power supply to balance the load and maximize the use of electricity. These transformers are installed in the lower part of the frame above the drive system.
Drive system of wire mesh weld machine: Drive system includes motor, brake, worm reducer and eccentric drive. There are two sets of eccentric wheels, one with a fixed-stroke drive top beam, and the other with a variable-stroke horizontally moving slider for conveying live wires through a link mechanism. The stroke of the eccentric is adjusted according to the pitch of the crossed wires.
Wire feed of wire mesh weld machine: This consists of a slide on which a number of one-way clutches / chucks are fixed. These chucks pull the wires as the slider moves forward. The same number of chucks are mounted on the fixed platen, and when the moving chuck moves backward, the chuck will hold the wire in place. These chucks are adjusted according to the pitch of the wire. A single chuck can accommodate wires of various diameters.
Control system: The of wire mesh weld machine is equipped with a synchronous solid-state electronic control circuit, which is composed of a squeeze timer, a thermal control card and a thyristor trigger system. These thyristor pairs are used for three-phase control of three sets of welding transformers. The start of the launch is done by automatically operating the proximity switch during low beam operation.
