The structure of this Mesh Welding Machin is modular, allowing you to start with a low investment and focus on the short set-up time of the wire diameter and the format change of the machined mesh. Driven by a digital electric servo motor.

Our Reinforcing Mesh Welding Lines are specifically designed to produce welded mesh for construction, such as reinforced concrete in RC and SRC applications.

Reinforcing Mesh Welding Lines can be customized according to customer requirements; but within our design range to improve machine efficiency and performance.

In general, we use two types of welding mechanisms: for smaller wire gauges; we use pneumatic welding systems; for larger wire gauges; we use hydraulic welding systems.

Solder a larger wire gauge for the machine; the line needs to be pre-tensioned and pre-cut and manually inserted into the automatic cable holder for automatic transfer to the welding system. The crosshairs need to be straightened and cut to length and loaded into the automatic cross-cartridge/feeder for automatic cross-feeding to the welding system.

Reinforcing Mesh Welding Lines are designed to produce welded meshes with smaller wire gauges using a pneumatic welding mechanism. The lines will be routed from the coils to the welding mainframe, which will be stored in the line battery to reduce the resistance of the servo motor when the required cross-line spacing size is produced. The crosshairs need to be straightened and cut to length and loaded into the automatic cross-cartridge/feeder for automatic cross-feeding to the welding system.
