CNC automatic wire straightening and cutting machine is a kind of steel processing machinery, for straightening and cutting rebar wires.
The computerized wire straightening and cutting machine consists of straightening tube, pulling agency, cutting mechanism, steel positioning frame, whole framework, driving device and other components.
The motor is driven high speed via a belt. Then the straightening tube rotates at high speed. Wires are straighten after tube and rust on surface are removed. The motor is driven up by another two belts and gear box. On one hand, to drive two transport roller to realize wire’s forward movement. On the other hand, to drive crank wheel to realize hammer up and down. When wire is straightened to certain length, the hammer heat the top knife cutter and cut down the wire. When cut wire falls, knife returns back because of spring. Then it finally completes one cycle.
This hydraulic steel wire straightening and cutting machine is automatically controlled in high accuracy and working efficiency.
