In general, we use two types of welding mechanisms: for smaller wire gauges; we use pneumatic welding systems; for larger wire gauges; we use hydraulic welding systems.

Welding Mesh Machine is designed to produce welded meshes with smaller wire gauges using a pneumatic welding mechanism. The lines will be routed from the coils to the welding mainframe, which will be stored in the line battery to reduce the resistance of the servo motor when the required cross-line spacing size is produced. The crosshairs need to be straightened and cut to length and loaded into the automatic cross-cartridge/feeder for automatic cross-feeding to the welding system.
