The Welding Machine works with a powerful line wire feed-in device and highly efficient straightening and cutting machine for the cross wire. The cross wire is inserted over or under the line wires using an optimised method. This way, production speeds up to 200 cross wire per minute can be achieved easily. Since the cross wire is fed over or under the line wires, there is no need for a turning process. Among other benefits, Welding Machine has a positive effect on the production output for short panels.
