Welded fence or the fence made of reinforcing bars has long been a worldwide type of fencing and has become the most widespread among consumers. High strength, ease of installation, sufficient rigidity and minimal windage provide reliable fencing and long service life. In the early 2000s, a modern type of fence, 3D fence, made of welded mesh panel appeared and immediately gained widespread use in landscaping airports, parks, residential buildings, playgrounds, sports facilities, summer cottages. It has undeniable advantages of use:
- ability to withstand substantial mechanical loads
- full transparency, which facilitates the control of the protected area
- installation under any conditions and characteristics of the soil
The production of 3D fencing is to manufacture reinforcement mesh panels on a welding machine and to create bending curves by using a special hydraulic press. The 3D fences welding machine is intended for the production of fence panels up to 3000 mm high and up to 2500 mm wide from wire with a diameter of 3 mm to 6 mm. High requirements for welding in mesh panels obliges the manufacturer to use high-precision servo drives in the manufacture of welding equipment, to pay special attention to the node supplying reinforcing bars and ensure maximum stability of welding fittings. A hydraulic press for forming bends will give the finished product additional mechanical strength and rigidity.
