Cross wire Auto falling device

The cross wire feeding is automatic and derived by step motor,which makes the cross wire alining more accurate and fast.

Mesh drawing part

Mesh drawing system is controlled by servo motor which improved the precision of mesh opening size.

Water cooling transformers

Welding adopts late-model efficient welding transformer. The voltage adjusting range is big and it can fall into eight different grades, which enlarge the range of wire diameter size. The transformer is cooled by water circulation system.

Welding electrode

1. The welding electrode is made of high quality chrome, zirconium spot firm and long service lifetime, greatly reducing the production cost.

2. Spatter is small, low burn of mark, improving the beauty of mesh panel. At the same time, the diagonal error is small, making the mesh panel more stable and accurate.
