First machine of new year is finished and ready for delivery to customer. The PLC control steel wire mesh welding machine adopts electrical and electronic synchronous control technique. Controlled by PLC, welding time and sub-control are accurate. Two kinds of input methods, touch screen and keyboard, make operation more intelligentize and reasonable. Cross wire drops from hopper automatically. Dropping position is accurate.
Line wires feed from coils. High-speed roller type straightening machine made line wires straighten. Mesh pulling is driven by the elastic bars and grid positioning device. It makes the grid size easily to fine-tuning. The mesh size is in high precision and the welding aperture can be adjusted freely within the range.
