The warp and weft yarns required by the equipment are pre-sheared by the automatic straightening cutter. The motor is punched and welded; the stepper motor controls the mesh drawing process to ensure an accurate and uniform mesh.

The grid size and welding parameters are set by direct input on the operator panel, which is simple and accurate in operation.
