The mechanism is controlled by stepping motor, which automatically takes material from hopper and blanks evenly and accurately. The edges of the mesh are neat when the wire is pulled out from the cyclone without cutting. Elastic tie rod and mesh positioning device are used in the drawing system, which makes mesh fine-tuning easy, mesh size precision high, and welding wire diameter and aperture can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range.
