The frame material of CNC wire mesh welding machine is steel structure. The following is frame structure and framing material.

 

1. Pull net part

The pulling part is composed of pulling trolley, stepping motor, stepping motor driver controlled by PLC and pulling hook.

2. Hopper part

The hopper part has a 16N stepper motor, which is operated by another driver controlled by PLC.

3. Upper and lower motor and series line

The upper electrode head, lower seat and copper bar are all made of copper, and the motor speed is chromium pickax copper.

4. Threading part

The trumpet device is used in the threading seat, which makes the manual threading easier and more convenient. It is equipped with dovetail positioning device and effectively reduces the diagonal error of the mesh.

(1) AC Contactor: Brake Ring for Controlling Frequency Converter

(2) Relay: AC contactor with high voltage controlled by low voltage\

(3) Driver: Drive Stepping Motor to Work

(4) Touch screen: Input grid size, welding speed, wire drawing speed, wire dropping speed and grid number by manual touch.

(5) PLC is the core part of the control system. The normal operation of the whole machine is controlled by the input and output of PLC.

(6) Power Supply: Power Supply for Touch Screen

(7) Frequency Converter: The main motor is driven by PLC through the frequency converter.

7. SCR and PCB
