Machine introduction:

1.4-2.5mm masonry grid mesh welding machine adopts electrical and electronic synchronous control technique. Controlled by PLC, welding time and sub-control are quite accurate. Stable performance, firm welding spots, little burned mark and easily operation are advantages of ESP panels mesh welding machine.

The cross wire feeding part is fitted with accurate cutting device and accurate positioning device, which ensure cross wire cut at the same length and no need trim. 

The mesh drawing adopts the elastic bars and grid positioning device. It makes the grid size easily to fine-tuning. The mesh size is in high precision and the welding aperture can be adjusted freely within the range.
